I saw a leprechaun and tried to follow it to the end of the rainbow to find a pot of gold, but it ended up parking its car at Cathedral Automotive. Not a pot of gold, but close enough. Best automotive shop ever with the best staff!

Driving down the road
I saw a steeple.
Looked up
It said Cathedral.

I thought it was a church
But it said Auto Repair
To my dismay
That’s really a scare.

Then my car broke down
So I took it in.
To fix it they’ll want my
Bank account and next of kin.

But the mechanic said
Relax, it’s only a broken spark plug.
Handed me the bill
I gave him a hug.

Now when I drive down the road
And I see that steeple
I know in my heart, Cathedral
Cares about people.

I want to express my thanks for taking such good care of my vehicles for the last 8 years.  I have older cars and keeping them running properly can be a challenge.  I especially appreciated your assistance 2 summers ago when the day before we were leaving for a trip to California, the car broke down.  You made time in your schedule to get us back on the road and our car ran perfectly the entire trip.  When it’s 110 degrees out you need to be confident your car is fixed properly and I know I can always count on you to do the job right and charge a fair price.  Your excellent service is why I refer all my clients to you for their automotive maintenance and repair needs.

Excellent service. I’ve been going to Cathedral Automotive for nearly seven years.  I refer my friends to Cathedral as I would you.  Car repair can be a stressful dilemma, and it’s nice to know that the guys giving you the facts are doing just that.  It’s not always what one may want to hear, but at least you know what you are up against. The guys at Cathedral have always been upfront and honest with me, and I go out of my way to go to their shop. In fact, early on when I’ve tried to go to other places to get something maybe a little cheaper, I end up going to Cathedral to get the other guys’ mistakes fixed.  Cathedral has earned my respect, trust and loyalty. Thanks, guys, for being a reliable spot.

These guys are honest and great. I rarely take the time to write about a service, but these guys are really something else.  I have had 3 encounters with them. 1. Oil change. 2. Gas tank exchange (gas tank got punctured). 3. Brakes.  Now the first two were pretty simple and needed to be done, but my assumption that my brakes were bad and needed to all be replaced could have cost me a couple of hundred dollars or more. I brought my car down to them, and they took it in. After an hour I got a call and after thorough inspection they said it was just brake dust and gave me my keys back. I asked what I owed, and they were kind enough to not charge me labor and said thank you, I hope you have a great day. This is the epitome of good, honest service as they could have easily charged me and changed good brakes for new ones, but instead they chose the honest path and now I have to go back for a different repair and am gladly going back to them.  I hope for the general non-car knowing person like myself, this review has shed some light on the credibility of this company. These guys do a really great job. They know their stuff and they give good prices. Among all the shops if I’m not doing the work myself I definitely choose this location!

I just want to thank John and the guys at Cathedral for so many years of great work and wonderful customer service – no matter how big or small the repair I need, I always know that the work will be done properly, and I will be treated well and charged fairly. In fact, whenever anyone tells me about an issue with their car, I immediately try to steer them toward Cathedral (even if they don’t live close), just because I know it will get done right, and they will be treated fairly. Honest Shop. I went to several auto repair shops for a van that kept eating A/C belts. They all said I needed a new compressor or a very expensive repair. Cathedral found that it was just a crooked pulley. Once they showed it to me, it was obvious the other shops were trying to rip me off. I have been a loyal customer since, and they have been great.

This shop is a car owner’s absolute dream. I’ve been taking my vehicles to them for over 10 years and received, every time, guaranteed quality, timely work, and at a real savings. I own a financial advisory service and I always recommend that my clients use their services. No-one has EVER had anything but total satisfaction.

I’d just like to take the time to thank you for the many years of faithful and extraordinary service. I have been coming to Cathedral as long as it has been open. It is so wonderful to not have to worry that I will be taken advantage of financially when I bring my car in for repairs. I know that I will always receive a fair price on any repair that is done. Over the years I have compared the quotes I have gotten, and they were always way below other shops. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and knows me by name. I have never had to bring my car back because it wasn’t repaired correctly. There were times that things were fixed free of charge because I had been a faithful customer, or I was told that a repair was not necessary. I can always expect honesty … something that is rare in the automotive repair business. I just wanted to say thank you for all the time and money you saved us with our vehicles over the past 9-10 years. The best example of this was when I called you about a window motor on my Avalanche. I had called the dealer and they quoted me $450 for just the part. You were able to get the part from the same dealer for far less and passed the savings on to me. I can’t thank you guys enough. It is always “scary” to walk into an automotive shop as a female and I have never felt this way in your shop. Thank you for your professionalism and fairness! And after this many years, I consider you guys friends.
